Pray Beyond the Moment is a Christian prayer gathering. We welcome vendors whose products and services fit the purpose of the day and bless the people who attend. Faith-based businesses are especially encouraged to apply.
Categories include books and resources, apparel, handmade goods, wellness, and community services. All products and materials should be appropriate for a worship setting.
Vendor spaces are limited, and every application is reviewed for fit with the event. Submitting an application does not guarantee a table.
- One 6-foot table and one chair
- One table per application — for an additional table, submit a separate application
- Table space only — add a vendor pass to attend the sessions
- Setup times and table assignments are shared after approval
- Applications close January 8, 2027, or when all spaces are filled
Access to all conference sessions and lunch for one person. Limited to one pass per vendor, added to your table after approval. Anyone else from your business who wishes to attend registers as a participant.

We review every application and email you with a decision. If you’re approved, that email includes your payment instructions.
Pay to confirm
Send your $50 table fee, plus your vendor pass if you added one, within 7 days of approval. Your table is confirmed once your payment is received. After 7 days, the space may be offered to another vendor.
Please do not send payment until you receive your approval email. Payments sent before approval cannot be applied to a table.
